So far...

I'm glad break is here. I miss how in Luella, there would always be a week off from school every six weeks. It would always come during the right time when I felt like pulling out my hair from stress. However, when I moved "back", I feel like yanking my hair out, regrowing it quickly, and then yanking it again. Although it's February and my mind is still back in September, school feels like forever. Before break started, school was just a completely disappointment. I lack common sense and a long attention span. I did horribly on a couple of my quizzes and I missed a simple step in math that completely ruined my answer.

On the brighter side, I got two new nail polishes (OPI's Jade is the New Black and Suzi Says Feng Shui) and yesterday was Chinese New Year and Valentines Day. I, unfortunately, didn't go to the pillow fight because I've been in such a crummy mood the past week and all I wanted to do was eat ice cream, bum out, and watch TV/movies the entire day. Sorry Denise! :( Around 4, my parents called to tell me my cousins were coming over and we were going to eat out at Round Tables. (After the food poisoning incident? Really? Yeah.) I cleaned my room in a rush. I ate one small piece of pizza because I stuffed myself with junk food beforehand. Came home and watched Sonny with a Chance.

Christine wanted to go to CVS, so I asked my grandma if I could take the car. She let me without her supervision. There was a small sale going on. I managed to snag the last Milani's Sunset City bronzer for $1.66, two lipsticks (BOGO FREE) (Revlon's Pink Pout & Love That Red), & waterproof eye makeup remover. I'm pretty pleased. :) Afterwards, I treated her to Coldstones (Yum, Mud Pie Mojo.) I was contemplating whether I wanted mint or coffee ice cream, coffee won. I'm in love with Pink Pout. I want to go back to the store and stock up on it. I wanted to vary my lipstick a little, so that's why I chose a bright red too. (I wanted to avoid colors that my mom might have, just because. :) )

After weeks of waiting, Starstruck finally came out yesterday night! :) It was amazing. Sterling Knight was fabulous. I was so excited for this movie, although I tried not to go in with high expectations. The main girl's acting was odd at points, but she was cute. :) I got a number of texts during the movie and most of the time, I threw my phone across the bed in frustration. I was swooning 90% of the film. Overall, it made my night. Today, I bummed out again and then decided to organize my nail polish drawer. I ended up throwing some out because they were completely dried out/pretty much gone. I found it no surprise that my dominant colors were blue and green. What surprised me was the number of purples I have. Out of my entire collection, I only have two yellows. My drawer is completely filled up. Time to empty out another drawer!
